Theme of the Lecture: Discrimination
12/01/2016
The beginning of the lecture was a discussion: What is Discrimination, its reasons and ways we can avoid it. The film - “The Jane Elliott Experiment” - considered to be one of the most successful “lessons” in discrimination was shown to the students at the lecture, so that they would analyze more its direct effect on people and talk about the ways to avoid or fight it. The students had a homework before the lecture, to think about and form their views on discrimination.
For the next lecture they will discuss the movie they have seen as well as the results of discrimination.
